At ZENANI, giving back is an essential part of our mission. As a woman-of-color-owned business, led by an African American woman, the founder understands firsthand the challenges of navigating life and opportunity with limited support.

Having lived in South Africa, she witnessed how many young girls miss weeks of school, feel embarrassed, or struggle with mental health due to their menstrual cycles and challenges that go far beyond the physical. 

The stigma and lack of education surrounding menstruation have profound effects on girls' confidence, education, and overall well-being. ZENANI is committed to helping change that. 

That is why 5% of all profits will be donated to support AFRIpads, an organization based in Uganda since 2010. AFRIpads manufactures reusable sanitary pads and partners with UNICEF and Save the Children to improve menstrual health. 

Through this partnership, your support helps provide dignity, education, and access to essential resources for young girls and women, helping them stay in school, gain confidence, and live healthier lives. 

At ZENANI, our commitment extends beyond the home. We aim to uplift communities and create meaningful impact because everyone deserves the opportunity for peace, stability, and empowerment.
